Mody Exotica has an expansive 1.5 hectare cultivation facility in Guhagar, a quaint little town in Konkan. It is dubbed as one of the largest anthurium cultivation facilities in Asia. Here, in controlled-atmosphere sheds and automated water irrigation systems, and with expertise from a renowned Dutch company, Anthura, several varieties of anthuriums are cultivated under strict supervision of an expert team of horticulturists. Upon cultivation, the flowers and the plants are transported to a depot in Malad, a western suburb in Mumbai, from where all the dispatches to offices and homes around the city are made in specially designed vans.
